Independently licensed, master’s prepared mental health professionals, including:

  1. Addictions Counselor
  2. Counselor
  3. Marriage and Family Therapist
  4. Psychiatric Nurse
  5. Psychologist
  6. School Psychologist
  7. Social Worker

Clinical Practice Requirements

The candidate must attest that, over the course of their career, he/she has conducted a minimum of 200 clinical mental health contact hours with Anxiety-diagnosed clients, with the use of weekly consultation and/or supervision.

  1. Complete a qualifying training
  2. Remit your initial application fee payment of 99.99 USD online
  3. Submit the following application documents to info@evergreencertifications.com
    1. A copy of the candidate’s professional license
    2. Evidence of completion of qualifying training, in the form of a CEU or completion certificate
    3. A completed application form, found here
Recertification

Recertification

To maintain Certification, a reapplication is required. After your initial 1-year Certification, you have the option to renew for 1, 2 or 3 years. A 1-year renewal requires 6 clock hours of anxiety-focused continuing education or professional development training since you were last Certified; a 2-year renewal requires 12 clock hours, and a 3-year renewal requires 18 hours.
