Training Requirements

Training Requirements

Prerequisite: Hold a CCTP Certification or evidence equivalency. Once the prerequisite is met, a minimum of 24 hours of post-graduate level training in specific complex trauma assessment and treatment topics, with 6 of those hours specific to trauma treatment modalities. Click here for details.

Application Process

  1. Complete a qualifying training
  2. Remit your initial application fee payment of $149.99 USD online
  3. Submit the following application documents to info@evergreencertifications.com
    1. A copy of the candidate’s professional license
    2. Evidence of completion of qualifying training, in the form of a CEU or completion certificate
    3. A completed application form, found here.
Recertification Process

Recertification

To maintain Certification, a reapplication is required. After your initial 1-year Certification, you have the option to renew for 1, 2 or 3 years. A 1-year renewal requires 6 clock hours of trauma-focused training since you were last Certified; a 2-year renewal requires 12 clock hours, and a 3-year renewal requires 18 hours.

Recertification Process

  2. Remit your recertification application fee online
